基因多态性参与胆固醇结石发病机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 胆汁胆固醇过饱和及胆汁淤积是胆固醇结石的重要诱因。基因多态性通过影响胆固醇的转运及代谢,导致胆汁胆固醇过饱和、降低胆囊动力加重胆汁淤积,使个体对胆固醇结石的易感性增加。此文就近几年来对基因多态性在影响胆固醇结石发生方面的研究进展进行综述,以期进一步了解基因多态性在胆固醇结石发生中的作用,增进对胆固醇结石发病机制的了解,并为胆固醇结石的诊治提供新的思路。
