高迁移率族蛋白B1与胰腺疾病的关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是一种重要的晚期炎性介质,HMGB1参与重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的全身炎症反应,也是与胰腺肿瘤的生长、浸润、转移密切相关的染色质蛋白,它能促使细胞外基质降解,促进胰腺癌浸润、转移。丙酮酸乙酯、正丁酸钠、抗HMGB1抗体等抗炎药物能有效降低HMGB1在急性胰腺炎与胰腺癌中的表达,从而缓解小鼠(大鼠)病情进展。
