鞭毛蛋白抗体在炎症性肠病中的研究进展

摘要 鞭毛蛋白(CBir1)是近年来发现的一种新型的细菌鞭毛蛋白抗原,目前认为其可能参与炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病机制,抗-CBir1可能与复杂克罗恩病(CD)亚型的分型相关。
