摘要 利用Whitaker[1]的体积平均理论,推得一组描述多孔介质对流干燥过程中内部热质迁移的宏观方程组,进一步归纳整理出了关于液体饱和度、温度和气相总压力的耦合方程,对该方程组应用ADI法进行离散,并对粘土砖对流干燥过程进行了二维数值分析和实验测定,所获得的液体饱和度、温度及压力变化过程正确地揭示了干燥过程中介质内部情况。 Making use of the Whitaker′s volume average theory,a set of macroscopic equations which describe the heat and mass transfer inside porous media during convective drying process are obtained,furthermore,we conclude and sort out a set of coupling equations about the liquid saturation,temperature and gas total pressure.We use ADI method to disperse these equations,and make the 2D numerical analysis of the clay brick during the convective drying process,then carry out an experiment to test it.So we can obtain the variation process of liquid saturation,temperature and the gas total pressure,which proclaims the inner situation inside the porous media during the drying process.
