上海市学前特殊教育教师专业化发展调查研究 被引量:20

A Study on Preschool Special Education Teachers' Professional Development in Shanghai

摘要 本研究采用问卷调查和访谈法,对上海市公立幼儿园(机构)中在编在岗的72名学前特殊教育专任教师进行调查,了解其专业化发展状况。结果表明:(1)上海市学前特殊教育教师的年龄分布相对均衡,学历水平以大专和本科为主,但有系统学习特殊教育的教师比例低,因此需要加强对接受过特殊教育专业培养的师资的引进力度;(2)上海市学前特殊教育教师基本满意目前的工作状况,对工作的意义和价值充满信心,职业道德素养较高,教育观念较新,但在专业知识、专业技能和专业自主权方面需要提升;(3)加强管理,严格专业准入制度,充分发挥园长的引领作用,加强学科知识和教学技能与方法的培训,营造以科研带动专业化发展的优良氛围是提高上海市学前特殊教育教师专业化水平的有效途径。 This study examines 72 preschool special education teachers' professional development in Shanghai with the methods of questionnaire and interview. The results show that: (1)The age structure and educational status of preschool special education teachers in Shanghai tend to be optimized. However, the ratio of teachers who have received systematic'professional training is low. It ts very necessary to attract more people who have received professional training to work as preschool special education teachers; (2)On the whole, preschool special education teachers in Shanghai are satisfied with their working status, and have full confidence in the value of their work. They have relative higher professional moral quality and advanced educational conception. Nevertheless, their professional knowledge, skills and independence need to be developed; (3)Strengthening management, making the profession admittance system strict, making full use of the governors of the kindergartens, enriching the training of professional knowledge and teaching skills or methods, building good atmosphere of research are all valid approaches to improve the professional level of preschool special education teachers in Shanghai.
