大体积混凝土施工时温度应力控制方法探讨

针对大体积混凝土的施工,传统的设计图纸或者施工手册一般要求大体积混凝土浇筑块体的里表温差不超过25℃。作者认为此种设计要求不很严谨,忽视了混凝土强度不同龄期强度的影响,可能存在混凝土早期开裂隐患。本文就此进行探讨,共同行商榷。

In view of mass concrete construction, the traditional manual design drawings or the general requirements for the construction of mass concrete poured in block form of the temperature does not exceed 25 ℃. Authors believe that this is not very stringent design requirements, do not ignore the strength of concrete strength of the same age period, there may be potential early concrete cracking. In this paper, to explore this connection, the common line open to question.
