摘要
苏库恰克水库工程存在很多隐患,经过除险加固措施的全面实施,消除了工程隐患,使病险水库的帽子得以摘除。加固后的水库工程效益将显著提高,抵抗突发性重大事故风险的能力将大大增强。
There was much hidden disease in the Sukuqiake reservoir project. After the rehabilitation, the hidden disease was eliminated . Thus, the benefit of the project and the ability to resist the risk of sudden and serious accidents would be enhanced .
