耐力运动对尿成分影响的测评分析

摘要 本文通过文献资料法、实验测试法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法对耐力运动前后的尿样成分进行测试、统计和分析,结果发现耐力运动可导致尿成分发生改变,且运动前、后及次日晨尿三组尿样成分具有显著性差异(P<0.01),在运动后次日的尿成份检测中发现因运动负荷过大,部分测试对象处于疲劳状态,未能完全恢复。 Through the methods of literature, laboratory testing, mathematical statistics and the logic of analysis to testing, statistics and analysis the urine sample of the composition before and after endurance exercise. The results showed endurance exercise could change the composition of the urine. The urine sample components into three groups with significant difference (P 〈,~0.01)of the next day morning, before and after endurance exercise. In the next day urine after exercise testing components colud found the exercise load is too large, some of the test object in a fatigue state and could not fully restored.
