摘要
本文从分析词汇附带习得研究实验结果出发,回溯了在外语教学中提倡这一策略的理论根据,剖析了词汇附带习得的前提条件及其在大学英语词汇教学中的可行性,指出在大学英语词汇教学中,应以刻意学习词汇为主,以附带习得词汇为辅,扩展词汇量。
Based on analysis of the result of study of the incidental vocabulary acquisition, this paper reflects theoretical background of advocating this strategy in foreign language teaching and discusses the feasibility in teaching vocabulary in college English. In the end, this paper put forward that intentional learning of vocabulary should be played more important role and incidental vocabulary acquisition should be supplementary in vocabulary teaching in college English to enrich the size of vo- cabulary.
