民办高校学生外语综合应用能力培养的探索

通过比较分析民办高校学生的学习现状及其心理特点,结合当前毕业生的就业形势,提出"外语+专业+技能"的人才培养模式,同时在此基础上进一步提出以培养学生的外语应用能力、专业实践能力、综合职业能力"三个核心能力"为内容的人才培养体系。

This paper makes a comparative analysis of private colleges and universities through the learning and psychological characteristics in accordance with the current employment situation. ＂Foreign Language ＋ Professional ＋ Skills＂ training mode is put forward, while further on this basis to present the Talents Training System with the contents of three core competences, the foreign language ability, professional practice ability and integrated vocational ability.
