“三维针刀”治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

The Clinical Research on Never Root Kind of Cervical Spondylosis Cured by Three-dimensional Needle-knife

目的:评价三维针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:60例门诊病人随机分两组,治疗组30例以三维针刀治疗,对照组30例以传统针灸推拿治疗。治疗1个月后观察治疗效果,进行统计学处理。结果:治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后症状积分改善情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);结论:三维针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切可靠。

Objective:Evaluate the clinical effect on never root kind of Cervical Spondylosis cured by three-dimensional needle-knife.Method:60 cases of clinical patients were divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were cured by three-dimensional needle -knife,30 cases in control group were cured by traditional Acupuncture and Massage. One month after treatment,we observed the effect,and compiled statistics. Result:The total effect of treatment group was supe-rior to control group( P < 0.05). On the change of score before and af-ter treatment,treatment group was also superior to control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of treatment on never root kind of Cervical Spondylosis cured by three-dimensional needle-knife is exact and re-liable.
