摘要
对奥氏体不锈钢网架结构的物理力学性能、焊接性能加以分析,并进行了不锈钢焊接空心球节点承载力试验,确定了该种节点的受拉和受压承载能力。在此基础上,又做了不锈钢组合扭网壳模型的破坏性试验研究,试验结果与理论计算值比较,吻合较好。
Austenite stainless steel is chosen as construction material for space trusses. The mechanical properties are determined throug hexperimental studies. The experiment of stainless steel welded hollow sphere joint is carried out for stainless steel space grids, and the tensile and compressive capacities are found through analysis. Moreover, experiment studying on stainless steel composite hyperboloid twisty lattice shell model has been finished, which proves that experimental results coincide well with theoretical computation.
