高粘度羧甲基玉米淀粉制备及其性能研究

摘要 以玉米淀粉为原料,制备了高粘度的羧甲基淀粉。以单因素实验考察了影响羧甲基淀粉制备工艺的影响因素,再以正交试验对工艺条件进行了优化,最后探讨了羧甲基淀粉的溶液性能。结果表明,在最佳条件下可制得取代度为0.74的羧甲基淀粉,其适宜的使用环境为中性或弱碱性,溶液放置时间不宜超过6天。 The high viscosity carboxymethyl cornstarch was prepared with corn starch as raw material. The influencing factors of influence preparation process were discussed, and the process conditions were optimized with orthogonal experiment. The performances of carboxymethyl corn starch were discussed also. The results showed that the degree substitution of carboxymethyl cornstarch cans up to 0.74 in the optimized conditions, the befitting operating environment of earboxymethyl corn starch was neutral ro alkalescence, and maturing and relaxating time was unsuitable exceed six days.
