摘要
仪表电源系统是大型石化生产装置自动控制仪表的动力源和生命线,其性能可靠是自控仪表乃至整个石化厂的重要要求,如何提高仪表电源系统的可靠性,减少因仪表电源系统故障造成的非计划停车是今后大型石化改扩建和新建项目必须认真考虑的问题。文章结合广州石化炼油千万吨改扩建加氢裂化装置项目仪表电源系统的设计,详细介绍了仪表系统使用不间断电源的连接方式与可靠性的关系和直流稳压电源系统的设计,以及其在电源系统设计中应注意的问题。
Reliability of the power supply is linked to instnmaent system, and even for the whole petrochemical factory. To improve its reliability becomes a well-considered problem. This paper takes a hydro cracking plant's power supply system of Guangzhou Petrochemical Company as an example, introduces how to connect a UPS to improve its reliability, how to design a DC-regulated power supply.
