摘要
目的研究提高夜热清颗粒中丹皮酚稳定性的处方工艺。方法采用饱和水溶液法将丹皮酚制成β-环糊精包合物,并用正交实验法进行处方工艺筛选。结果筛选出丹皮酚最佳包合工艺是:丹皮酚与β-环糊精的比例为1∶12,包合温度为50℃,包合时间为1.0 h。结论制成β-环糊精包合物后夜热清颗粒中丹皮酚的稳定性得到较大提高。
Objective To study the preparation and processing technology in order to improve the stability ot paeonol in Ye Be Qing Granules. Methods The paeonol - β - CD complex was prepared using a saturated solution method and orthogonal method was used to screen the technological process. Results The optimum inclusion condition of paeonol was paeonol : β-CD in proportion as 1: 12, keeping temperature at 50 ℃ for 1.0 h. Conclusion The stability of paeonol in YeReQing granules can be significantly improved after being made to paeonol -β-CD complex .
