罐组式动态逆流提取蛹虫草多糖的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立罐组式动态逆流提取蛹虫草多糖的方法。方法通过单罐单因素实验,正交设计分析提取时间、提取温度和料液比对蛹虫草多糖提取的影响;设计罐组式动态逆流提取装置,重点探讨料液比和提取级数对多糖提取得率的影响。结果罐组式动态逆流提取虫草多糖的条件为:提取时间150 min,温度90℃,料液比1∶15和级数为5级,提取率88.8%,显著高于单罐提取率79.5%。结论蛹虫草多糖的罐组式动态逆流提取工艺节省能源,缩短生产时间,提取率较高。 Objective To establish processing technology of pot groups dynamic refluence in extracting polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris (Fr) Link. Methods Effects of extraction time , temperature and ratio of dosage liquor and number of pots on generation of polysaceharide was studied in single factor test, orthogonal design. Results The optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide was 150 minutes, 90℃ and 1 : 50 of the ratio of dosage liquor,5 pots in the pot groups dynamic refluence. The difference was significant between the extracted polysaccharide of polysaecharide in the dynamic countercurrent and that of single pot (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The extracting process of pot group dynamic refluence extraction can get more effective components, save energy and shorten the time of manufacturing.
