This paper analyses some reasons for appearance defects of concrete engineering projects, such as honeycomb, surface voids, mortar leakage, desquamate and crack., and discusses the concrete methods for the appearance quality control of concrete engineering projects from several aspects： material selection, construction technology, disassembling film and maintenance.
