循证护理在药物流产中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Drug Abortion

目的将循证护理的方法应用于药物流产的患者,探讨药物流产并发症的原因及护理对策。方法应用计算机网络检索有关文献结合临床护理中遇到的问题提出相应的护理决策。结果循证护理组的药物流产完全流产率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),药流失败不全流产、阴道出血时间长、阴道流血量多、盆腔感染等并发症较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论循证护理是一种科学的实践活动,能激发护士进行评判性思维,为药流患者提供个性化和专业化的护理。

Objective To explore the causes of complication of drug abortion and nursing methods with evidence-based nursing（EBN）. Methods Nursing decisions were provided according to clinic demands and references from intemet. Results The rate of completed abortion in EBN group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the syndromes such as the failure by drugs, uncompleted abortion, long-time vaginal bleeding, much vaginal bleeding and pelvic thrombophlebitis were obviously less （P〈0.05）. Conclusion EBN is scientific and practical. It can motivate nurses to have the idea of assessing and judging, so that personal and professional nursing for patients are provided.
