摘要
在数控车床上用常规的数控编程方法来加工抛物线表面和梯形螺纹有一定的难度,本文分别用子程序解决了梯形螺纹的粗精加工问题,用宏程序方法解决了抛物线表面的粗精加工问题。
It is difficult for NC lathe to machine parabola surface and trapezia screw thread by general NC programming methods. Rough and precision machining of trapezia screw thread was achieved by subprogram. What's more, rough and precision machining of parabola surface was achieved by macroprocessor.
