Cutaneous Metastasis of Intra-abdominal Tumor

目的探讨消化道恶性肿瘤皮肤转移的临床特点。方法我院于1996年1月～2007年12月收治12例伴有皮肤转移的腹腔内恶性肿瘤患者,对其诊疗及预后进行了回顾性分析。结果12例患者中,7例为结直肠癌,2例为胃癌,2例为胰腺癌,1例为阑尾癌。术后发现皮肤和(或)皮下肿物收入院,病理证实为皮肤转移。结论腹腔内恶性肿瘤皮肤转移在临床上罕见,诊断时患者已经出现广泛转移且预后不良。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of cutaneous metastasis of intra-abdominal tumor. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 12 cases of intra-abdominal tumor accompanying cutaneous metastasis in our hospital from January 1996 to December 2007. Results Twelve cases with symptoms of cutaneous or subcutaneous lump post-operatively were confirmed cutaneous metastasis by pathological diagnosis. There were seven cases of colorectal cancer, two cases of gastric cancer, two cases of pancreatic cancer and one case of appendiceal cancer. Conclusion Cutaneous metastasis is very rare and typically suggests widespread disease with poor prognosis.
