摘要
针对苏州制造业已处在制造业中心阶段,以及必然要向现代先进制造业基地转变的现实和趋势,文章分析了资源约束下的苏州低端制造业的性质、特征和增长困境,指出通过改变资源供应和需求的偏好,使生产向"微笑曲线"两边上部延伸,完善制造业价值链并提升其功能、突破增长困境的基本路径。
In view of Suzhou manufacturing has already been in the manufacturing center stage and the tendency to the modern manufac- turing base stage, the paper analyzes the nature and the characteristic of Suzhou＇s low - end manufacturing and its predicament of growth under resource constraint. The paper also suggests some fundamental methods of breakout the constraint of growth. They are shifting the product manufacture to the two upsides of the ＂smile curve＂ by means of changing the supply model of resources and the demand predilection, perfecting the value chain of manufacturing and promoting its function.
