摘要
采取直接观察的方法,通过细分和观察江西农村劳动力就业结构及年龄结构现状,结合江西农村住户调查中未外出劳动力的相关数据,对江西农村劳动力剩余状况进行了估算,并对其年龄构成进行了分析。结果显示,如果采用农业劳动力使用相对紧凑的假设条件,江西农村剩余劳动力为527万人,且农村剩余劳动力以中年为主。
Based on data of rural resident survey, this paper analyzed age structure of rural labor in Jiangxi Province. Then, by taking a directly observe method, the paper estimated the quantity of rural surplus labor and analyzed its age structure. The results showed that if we used the hypothesis of relatively compact to estimate labor in agriculture, the number of rural surplus labor in Jiangxi Province is 5.27 million. Most of rural surplus labors are middle-aged.
