文章在明确我国粮食生产主体功能区优选和布局原则的基础上,对淮河流域作为粮食生产主体功能区进行了优势分析和制约因素分析,进而提出了加快推进淮河流域粮食生产主体功能区建设的政策建议。

This paper illustrated the distribution selection principle of China＇s grain production development priority zones, and analyzed the advantages and restriction factor of Huaihe River Basin as the development priority zones. At the same time, the paper put forward the policy proposal for Huaihe River Basin to accelerate the construction of grain production development priority zones.
