摘要 介绍了新型垂直筛板的结构特点及新型垂直筛板塔甲醇三塔精馏工艺的设计思想。实际使用效果证明,新型垂直筛板塔甲醇三塔精馏工艺技术具有处理能力大、设备造价及安装费用低、蒸汽消耗低、产品纯度高、残液含醇量低等特点。 The structure features of the new type vertical sieve plate are introduced. The design idea of three-tower rectification process by using the new type vertical sieve plate tower for methanol production ispresented. Actural production results have proved that the process has the characteristics of large in production capacity, low in equipment manufacture and installation cost, less in steam consumption, high purity of product, low methanol amounts in residual liquid an so on.
