摘要 以变压吸附变换气制氢装置为例,结合生产实际,从运行方式、均压次数、抽空时间以及吸附剂和真空泵的配置等方面对4种工艺方案进行了比较和分析。但方案的最终确定还要考虑其它因素,如设备布置、投资报价、企业供货能力等。 With the unit for the production of hydrogen from converted gas by pressure-swing adsorption as an example, in the light of actual production, a comparison and an analysis have been made of four process schemes with respect to the operation mode, frequency of equalized pressure, evacuation time, and arrangement of vaccum pump and adsorbents. Also, the final determination of the scheme depends on other factors, such as equipment layout, investment quotation, and ability of the enterprise to supply materials.
