摘要
介绍E面波导滤波器基本结构与原理及蒙特卡罗数值模拟方法,并首次将此模拟方法与微波仿真相结合,实现对微波元件的误差分析。以Ka波段E面滤波器为例,分别对膜片的厚度、位置偏置、谐振腔长度与耦合膜片尺寸误差进行数值模拟,研究误差对性能的影响情况。最后综合设计了一款符合要求的E面波导滤波器。
Both the basic structure and principles of waveguide E - plane filter are introduced with Monte Carlo numerical simulation in this paper. Error of the waveguide E- plane filter is analyzed by Monte Carlo method and simulation method. As an example Ka- band filter is analyzed, errors of thickness and size, position deviation of E- plane septum, error of length of Resonator are simulated numerically. Finally, E - plane waveguide filter met the requirements is obtained by integrated simulation,
