摘要
介绍一种基于DSP的高速两相无刷直流电机控制系统。针对目前大部分电机伺服系统仍使用传统有刷电机的情况,通过使用数字信号处理器和大规模可编程逻辑器件,进行无刷直流电机的数字化控制。分析无刷直流电机系统的原理和特性,详细介绍系统的组成、功能。针对该系统中实时控制处理的要求,在体积和功耗受到限制的条件下,提出一种基于DSP+CPLD的电机控制方案。使用TMS320F2812和EPM7128S作为主控制芯片,软件设计使用DSP C语言编写。系统联调实验结果表明,该系统具有较好的鲁棒性、精确性,改善了电机的调速性能。
This paper introduces a high speed two- phase brushless DC motor control system based on the DSP. By focusing on the situation which traditional brush DC motor are still used in most servo area,through the use of digital signal processor and complex programmable logic device,the digital control of brushless DC motor is realized. Firstly it analyzes the elements and characteristic of the system. Secondly aiming at the require of real - time processing of control with the limit of volume and power,a kind of motor control project which is reeonfigurahte based on DSP+PLD is proposed. The system uses TMS320F2812 and EPM7128S as main controllers. The program of DSP is written through C language. The experimental re- sult shows that the system presents high robustness and good accuracy and improves speed ability of the motor.
