摘要
介绍声表面波(SAW)气体传感器原理及其信号处理电路原理,重点设计了传感器的频率检测电路。该频率检测电路基于FPGA技术,利用VHDL语言对各电路子模块编写了相应的代码,并用EDA软件QuartusⅡ完成了对电路的设计。该频率检测电路的测频范围为0.1-100MHz。仿真和实验结果表明,设计相对误差较小,满足了SAW气体传感器的要求。
The principle of SAW gas sensor and signal processing circuit is discussed, especially a circuit of frequency measurement is designed. The circuit is based on FPGA and realized by VHDL in Quartus Ⅱ. The range of frequency measurement is 100-10 MHz and the simulation and test show the relative error of the circuit is very small.
