摘要
废水处理具有时滞性、非线性以及数学模型难建立等特点,传统控制方法难以对控制对象——pH值起很好的控制效果,并造成反复处理,浪费人力物力。这里介绍一种模糊控制与PID控制相结合的方法,以解决控制中的难点——时滞性和非线性等问题。并简要介绍废水自动加药系统的构成及模糊PID控制在废水处理过程中的应用。通过采用模糊PID实现对pH值较好的控制,增强控制系统稳定性和抗干扰能力,提高污水处理质量,降低处理开支。
Effluent treatment has some characters such as time delay, nonlinear and the difficulty to creat a mathmatic model for this process. Traditional control method can hardly get good result about pH value contorl, and cause repeatedly treatment,thus waste lots of money and labor. A new way of combining fuzzy contorl with PID contorl method to deal with those shortcomings of effluent treatment, then the basic construction of automatic eontorl of vitriol feeding system are introduced. The adoption of fuzzy- PID con, torl method in effluent treatment is proposed. Through experiments, expecting that fuzzy- PID contorl method can get good result about pH value contorl,advance the stability of this system and the ability to resist outside interference,improve the quality of water processed by this method and reduce the expenditure of effluent treatment.
