装备教育的概念界定研究

Research on Defining Concepts of Equipment Education

高科技的发展、武器装备的更新换代，已引起了世界范围内的新军事变革。这场变革不仅要完成军队体制改组、武器装备的升级，更要完成军事人才的转型，也由此催生了装备教育理论研究这一新课题。但因教育训练等相关概念的错综复杂，首先需要通过比较分析，科学界定装备教育的概念，进一步明确相关问题，从而为装备教育理论的深入研究打下基础。

The development of high-tech and the update of weapon have brought the new military innovation in the whole word. It not only needs to reorganize the army system and upgrades the weapon, but also accomplishes the transformation of the person with military ability,which produces a new subject of studying the equipment education theoretics. But because the concepts of the education and training are promiscuous, first throught comparative analysis, the paper gives the concepts definition of equipment education and some interrelated matter scientifically, in order to set the groundwork for lucubrating on the equipment education theoretics.
