摘要
对影响我军装备建设的结构性要素和特征进行研究，指出我军装备建设具有多重二元结构，分析了它们的基本特征及其对装备建设的影响，给出了破解装备建设二元结构的对策建议。
The article analyzes the structural factor and characteristics that influence the PLA＇s equipment construction,and points out that the PLA＇s equipment construction possesses multiple dual structure. It analyzes the fundamental properties of the dual structure and the influence on the PLA＇s equipment construction. Some countermeasures to break the dual structure of equipment construction are also given.
