室温固相反应制备CdS纳米粒子

摘要 以牛血清白蛋白为稳定剂,CdSO4.8H2O、硫脲、NaOH室温固相反应制备CdS,用XRD、TEM、原子力对粒子进行表征表明,得到单分散立方相球状CdS纳米粒子。还表明,牛血清白蛋白加入的量及加入方式对粒子的大小、粒径分布、分散程度有影响。随牛血清白蛋白加入的量的增加,粒子变小,粒径分布更均匀,分散程度提高;且在固相反应物中加入牛血清白蛋白一起研磨比粒子制成后水相中再加入牛血清白蛋白更有利于粒子的粒径分布均匀和分散。 With bovine serum albumin added stabilizing agent, the solid phase reaction of CdSO4·8H2O, thiourea and NaOH at room temperature achieves CdS. The particles are characterized by XRD (X-ray Diffraction), TEM (transmission electron microscopy)AFM (atomic force microscopy), indicating that the CdS exist in monodisperse cubic spherical nanoparticles, further, the amount of bovine serum albumin and the different addition affect the size, distribution and dispersion degree of the particles. The added bovine serum albumin increasing, the particles are getting samller and its diameters are well distributed with higher dispersion degree. Grinding bovine serum albumin into reactant is in favor of particles' distributing more evenly than that in water phase.
