摘要
从学生的作业和与学生座谈中,发现学生对职业生涯规划存在课程认知不清、自我认知不清、专业和职业认知不清、职业规划不明等问题。笔者从课程认知多样化、职业认知真实化、自我认知科学化、专业认知层次化、职业规划理性化等方面提出了解决对策。
College students' school assignments and teachers' discussion with them show that in career planning, there exist such problems as students' cognitive confusions of the course, themselves, specialty and profession as well as career planning. Solutions to these problems are proposed in terms of diverse cognition of the course, correct cognition of profession, scientific self-cognition, cognition of specialty from different levels and rational cognition of career planning.
