江苏省政府于8月15日下发了《江苏省生源地信用助学贷款工作意见》,本文拟对江苏省生源地信用助学贷款新政策进行详细解读,介绍这一政策主要内容的变化,分析其对原助学贷款政策的完善和创新之处及其新政策中仍存在的问题,提出建议,希望对我国生源地信用助学贷款的不断完善有一些借鉴意义。
