摘要
目的:建立百合药材的HPLC指纹图谱研究方法。方法:Phenomenex C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流速:0.7 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:203 nm;流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱。结果:该方法具有良好的稳定性和重复性,26个百合样品共标定了14个共有色谱峰。结论:本试验建立了中药百合中总皂苷元成分的HPLC指纹图谱,为百合药材的真伪鉴别提供了科学依据。
Objective: To determine the HPLC fingerprint of Lily. Method: Phenomenex C18 ( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm )colour spectrum post was used; Flow rate: 0.7 mL/min; Post temperature: 30 ℃; Check wavelength: 203 nm; Grad is washed coming off by mobile phase mixed of acetonitrile-water. Result: Fourteen same peaks in the HPLC profile were found in the 26 Lily samples.The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. Conclusion: The fingerprint of total sapogen in Lily was firstly established.It will be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Lily.
