HPLC法测定妇科Ⅱ号灌肠剂中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Caffeotannic Acid in Fuke Ⅱ Enema With HPLC Method

目的:建立妇科Ⅱ号灌肠剂中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用Zorbax eclipse XDB C8,150 mm×4.6 mm i.d色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液(18∶2∶80)为流动相,检测波长为323 nm。结果:绿原酸在0.210-4.35μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=5),平均回收率为99.68%(n=9),RSD%为0.68%。结论:该方法快速、简便、结果准确,可用于妇科Ⅱ号灌肠剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the method for determination of caffeotannic acid in Fuke Ⅱ enema. Method： The chromatographic condition consisted of Zorbax eclipse XDB C8（150 mm×4.6 mm i.d） chromato bar with methanol-acetonitrile-dibasic sodium phosphate buffer（18：2：80） as mobile phase at 323 nm of detection wavelength. Result： Caffeotannic acid showed a linear relationship with peak area at the rang of 0.210-4.35μg（r=0.9998, n=5）, the average recovery was 99.68%, RSD%= 0.68%. Conclusion： The method was fast, simple and accurate, can be used as quality control for the preparation.
