Determination of Naringin in Weitong Wan by HPLC

目的:建立胃痛丸中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定胃痛丸中柚皮苷的含量,色谱柱为C18柱(Hy-persil ODS2,4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:283 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:采用HPLC法测定柚皮苷的含量,柚皮苷在0.0687-1.0305μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.20%,RSD%=1.26%(n=6)。结论:所建立的柚皮苷含量测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可以用来评价胃痛丸的质量。

Objective： To establish a method for determining the content of Naringin in Weitong Wan. Method： Naringin content was determined by HPLC. C18 column（ODS2,4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）as chromatographic column, Acetonitrile-Water（20： 80） as mobile phase, flow rate：1.0ml/min, detection wavelength：283 nm, temperature：30 ℃; Result： The content of Naringin can be determined by HPLC. The linearity of Icariine was good in the range of 0.0687-1.0305 μg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery of Naringin was 98.20%, RSD%=1.26%（n=6）. Conclusion： The established method for determining the content of Naringin is simple, feasible and repeatable, and can be used for quality supervisory of Weitong Wan.
