摘要
目的:建立复方桉油精滴丸中桉油精的含量测定方法。方法:以甲基硅橡胶(SE-30)为固定相,载体为白色硅藻土(80-100目),涂布浓度为10%,3 mm填充柱,直径0.3 mm,柱温80℃,FID检测器,检测器温度160℃,前进样口温度120℃,载气:氮气,流速20 mL/min,空气500 mL/min,氢气50 mL/min。结果:桉油精线性范围为0.07-0.35μg,r=0.9996;平均回收率为97.87%,RSD%为2.35%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于测定复方桉油精滴丸中桉油精的含量。
Objective: To establish the method for determination of eucalyptol in compound eucalyptol drop pill. Method: The chromatographic condition cosisted of dimethyl silicone rubber(SE-30) as stationary phase, white diatomaceous earth(80- 100 order) as bearer with 10% spreading concentraton at 3 mmpacked column, the diameter was 0.3 mm, column temperature 80℃, FID detector and its temperature was 160 ℃, forward sample injection temperature: 120 ℃, carrier gas: N2, flow rate: 20 mL/min,Atmosphare 500 mL/min, Hydrogen: 50 mL/min. Result: the linear range of eucalyptol was 0.07-0.35 μg, r=0.9996, the average recovery was 97.87%, RSD%=2.35%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, can be used to determine eucalyptol in compound eucalyptol drop pill.
