摘要
近年国内外对苦瓜研究发现其含有三萜类、植物甾醇、苷类、甾体类和肽类等多种降血糖活性成分。苦瓜的果汁、水、醇及醚等多种提取物具有降糖作用。多项研究表明苦瓜的上述成分可通过抑制葡萄糖在小肠黏膜的吸收、促进葡萄糖的利用、促进胰岛素的分泌和类胰岛素作用、保护胰岛β细胞并促进β细胞的增殖抑制其凋亡,以及免疫调节作用来降低血糖达到治疗糖尿病的目的。
In recent years,many studies found that Momordica charantia contains many active hypoglycemic ingredients such as:triterpenes.phytosterols.glycosides.steroid.peptide etc.Momordica charantia juice, water, alcohol and ether extracts have various hypoglycemic effect.A number of studies show that the components of Momordica charantia can be attributed to in- hibitted glucose absorption in the intestinal mueosa, increased glucose utilization, promoted insulin secretion,promoted prolifera- tion and inhibitted apoptosis of pancreatic β cell,and has insulin-like role, the protection of β-cells and immune regulation effect.So Momordica charantia can reduce blood sugar to achieve the purpose of treatment of diabetes.
