臭氧辅助治疗难治性结核病20例疗效观察

The clinical study on the curative effect of 20 refractory tuberculosis treated by ozone and chemotherapy

目的探讨臭氧辅助治疗难治性结核病的疗效。方法在全身抗结核治疗的基础上,3例膝关节结核,3例踝关节结核,8例皮肤结核,6例淋巴结结核患者局部应用臭氧治疗,然后观察疗效。结果所有患者经臭氧治疗后,局部分泌物逐渐减少,疼痛减轻,溃疡愈合,窦道愈合,手术切口愈合,随访1年未见局部病变复发。结论局部应用臭氧可以促使难治性结核病的局部病变愈合,疗效肯定,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of the ozone to refractory tuberculosis. Methods With the anti tuberculosis chemotherapy,3 knee joint tubercuosis, 3 ankle joint tubercuosis, 8 skin tubercuosis, 6 scrofula were treated by applying ozone at the lesion area, then curative effect were observed. Results After treated by ozone, secre- tion appeared less and less, the pain alleviate, the canker and the sious and operative incision were all healed. None re- lapse in subsequently 1 year follow - up visiting. Conclusions Conclusion The application of ozone at local can prompt the tubercuosis lesion healed, the curative effect of this treatment is definite, so it deserved to be used in the clinical.
