职业教育的政策取向刍议

Policy Orientation of Vocational Education

文章对中国职教提出了两点看法,认为培养创新型人才是职教的根本,现代职教基地规划应考虑五大要素。并指出了中国职教的问题、出路与政策。

This paper has proposed two suggestions that the essential task of vocational education is to educate creative talents and there are five factors which should be taken into consideration in the planning of vocational education bases. The problems, the solution and relevent policies are also pointed out.
