新形势下加强学生公寓育人实效的思考

On Strengthening Education Effect in Students' Apartments in a New Situation

学生公寓一向是大学生学习、生活和交流思想的重要场所。高校后勤社会化改革后,传统的以强制性管理为主要手段的公寓工作模式已不再适应时代发展的需要,公寓管理必须及时调整工作思路,充分发挥育人实效性功能,努力成为学校课堂教育的重要补充。本文从多年学生思想教育工作的实践出发,试图阐述新形势下优化学生公寓育人实效的途径。

The students＇ apartment is an important place for them to study, live and communicate. After the reform of logistics so- cialization in colleges and universities, the traditional working mode, mainly mandatory management in the students＇ apartments, cannot meet the requirements of the time any longer. The management of the students＇ apartments should be adjusted, so as to achieve the education effect, and try to become a supplement to the classroom education. This paper, setting out from the practice of student ideological education, makes an attempt to elaborate on the approach to optimize the education effect in the students＇ apartments in the current new situation.
