Development and Training of Multi-Skill Professionals in Langfang Industrial Zone

在对廊坊工业园区外向型企业人才调研的基础上,根据廊坊工业园区的实际情况,探讨研究本市园区企业外语复合型人才开发与培养的问题,并对担负语言培训任务的廊坊地方高校外语专业课程设置和课堂教学提出改革建议,以求该专业毕业生尽快适应今后社会的需要。

With Langfang＇ s economic development and foreign trade increasing, more professionals with foreign language skills are required. Based on the survey of personnel in the export-oriented enterprises in Langfang Industrial Zone, this paper discusses issues of development and training a mutil-skill Professionals of foreign language in Langfang Industrial Zone, and puts forward proposals about course offering and teaching for Langfang local colleges and universities in order for the graduates to adapt to the needs of the community as soon as possible.
