摘要
新加坡独立44年以来，现已发展成为一个经济腾飞、政治清廉、社会稳定、风尚良好的较为发达的现代化国家。新加坡之所以能够获得成功，固然有其诸多的客观条件和主观因素，但其中一个重要经验就是强调法治，重视法制建设。新加坡将法治的普遍性原理与本国的国情相结合，探索出了一种独具特色的新加坡法治模式。如今，新加坡是一个社会安定、和谐有序的法治国家，被看作是一个法治国家的样板，其法治经验与理念必将为其他国家的法治建设提供借鉴与参考。
The formation of Singapore model of law links not only closely with its law tradition, but also somewhat different from the United Kingdom in the performance and formal sources of law. Singapore society implements its integration of the Community Value and law value and can be the model of other law countries. The paper analyzes Singapore＇s law model to offer a reference for other countries in law construction.
