摘要
综述了利用高岭土、叶蜡石及高铝矾土等天然铝-硅系原料合成β-Sialon,Sialon-SiC以及Sialon结合刚玉复合材料的研究现状,讨论了在碳热还原氮化过程中,β-Sialon的物相组成的变化规律及合成机理.
The research situation of β'-Sialon, Sialon-SiC and Sialon bonded corundum composites synthesized from natural raw materials such as kaolinite, pyrophyllite and bauxite was reviewed. Furthermore, the synthesis mechanism of β'-Sialon and the characteristic of phase transformation during the process of carbothermai reduction-nitridation were analyzed in this paper.
