摘要
采用无铅焊料焊接温控器时,在无铅焊接焊剂中加入增效剂,可提高活性,克服阻焊性物质对焊接的影响;加入合适的溶剂和复合保护剂,可降低腐蚀量,保证温控参数稳定.
When thermostat soldered by lead-free flux mixed with synergist, it is effective on raising activi ty and restraining negative effects of resistant material on the soldering process. Similarly,adding suitable solvent and compound protectant into the flux reduces the erosive effect and stabilizes the thermostatic parameter.
