股骨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端C型骨折

Surgical treatment of distal femoral type C fractures with GSH retrograde supracondylar nail

目的总结应用股骨逆行交锁髓内钉(GSH钉)治疗股骨远端C型骨折的经验。方法38例股骨远端C型骨折患者均采用GSH钉治疗。结果38例均获随访,时间6～12个月,按Kolmert-Wulff的评价标准:优15例,良16例,可5例,差2例,优良率84%。结论GSH钉是治疗股骨远端C型骨折有效率、良好的内固定方法,亦可用于部分C3型骨折。

Objective To summary the data of surgical treatment of distal femoral type C fi＇actures with GSH retrograde supracondylar nail. Methods A retrospective study was done on the clinical data of 38 patients with distal femoral type C fractures. GSH nail were applied to all the patients. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 12 months. According to the criteria of Kolmert and Walff, the resuhs were excellent in 15 cases, good in 16, fair in 5 and poor in 7 with an excellent and good rate of 84%. Conclusions GSH nail is effective for distal femoral type C fractures, and also can be partly applied to type C3 fractures.
