摘要
对甲基丙烯酸甲酯-异氰脲酸三烯丙基酯(MMA-TAIC)本体自由基交联共聚动力学、溶胶和凝胶生成率和溶胶相对分子质量的变化规律进行了研究。发现TAIC加入对聚合转化率-时间关系影响不显著,聚合动力学可通过聚合温度和引发剂含量进行调节;MMA-TAIC交联共聚过程中凝胶点出现较晚(转化率50%~60%),凝胶点后凝胶分数先随转化率增加快速增加,溶胶相对分子质量快速降低,当转化率较高(如>90%)时,凝胶分率和溶胶相对分子质量变化趋缓;聚合温度和引发剂含量对凝胶分率-转化率和溶胶相对分子质量-转化率关系的影响相对较小。
The kinetics, the variation of sol/gel fractions and molecular weight of sol in methyl methacrylate/triallyl isocyanurate(MMA/TAIC) free-radical crosslinking copolymerization were investigated in this paper. It was found that the influence of incorporated TAIC on the copolymerization conversion rate - time relationship was not significant. The copolymerization kinetics could be adjusted by polymerization temperature and usage of AIBN initiator. The gel point of MMA -TAIC copolymerization was appeared in the relatively greater conversion (50%~60%) due to the low copolymerization activity of TAIC. The gel content increased fast and the molecular weight of sol decreased after the gel point. When the conversion was very high ( such as >90%), the gel content and molecular weight had little variation. The influences of temperature and usage of initiator on the gel content conversion, and molecular weight of sol conversion relationships was lower than that of crosslinking agent.
