摘要
钢筋混凝土是最重要的建筑材料之一。钢筋混凝土的腐蚀破坏,直接影响到工程结构的可靠性和大型建筑长期的安全保障。因此,钢筋混凝土的腐蚀研究和防护技术的开发,已经成为国际上普遍重视的热点之一。首先总结、分析并阐述了在腐蚀环境条件下,混凝土中钢筋腐蚀发生和发展的原因,腐蚀性组分(主要是氯离子)从环境透过作为多相电解质的混凝土达到钢筋表面,破坏了钢筋的钝态,是钢筋腐蚀的主要原因。钢筋腐蚀产物的容胀应力,使混凝土裂开,加速了腐蚀组分由环境渗入到钢筋表面的传质过程,使腐蚀得以进一步扩展。而后,讨论了钢筋混凝土的腐蚀防护对策和安全检测/监测技术。在上述基础上,探讨了某些重要的常用技术和有待研究开发的新技术。
In this paper, the corrosion causes of rebar in concrete under corrosive environment is analyzed and discussed. It is mainly suffered to the penetration of corrosive species from environment into the surface of rebar. Corrosion is initiated by penetration of chlorides and breakdown of passivation, and then propagated by crack of concrete induced by stress from volume expansion of corrosion product of rebar in succession. Then some effective countermeasures for corrosion prevention and conventional inspection/monitoring techniques for reinforced concrete are briefly specified and discussed. Finally, some important techniques commonly used or to be developed are also suggested.
