摘要
通过对药芯焊丝的性能特点、工艺实验的介绍和焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度等参数对焊缝成形的影响,进行了试验分析,并通过同其他焊接方法的比较,阐述了药芯焊丝CO 2气体保护焊的工艺特性,对提高焊缝性能和产品焊接质量作了有效的探索。
Through the instruction of the characteristic and performance of solder wire and technology test, we analyse through the tests how the parameters such as welding electricity,voltage and welding rapidity effect the shape of welding.Comparing to other welding methods,the characteristic and performance of Solder wire CO2 gas shield welding technology are expatiated,this is helpful for improving the welding performance and welding quality of product.
